Orders by fax or post
Except for defective or incorrectly sent items, we reserve the right to apply a re-stocking charge of 15%.
Online and other orders
With the exceptions specified below, all goods may be returned to us for exchange, or full refund (excl. shipping & handling charges) within 10 working days from receipt for exchange or refund (less our outgoing postage costs) providing you have informed us prior to returning the goods. Goods returned must be:
• unused and carry all labels and tags intact;
• in any original packaging (this refers to any boxes or wrapping bearing our brand and not to the wrapping materials used by us to send your goods);
• be accompanied by the receipt of purchase (we recommend you keep a copy of this receipt). We will process your return after the goods are received by us and make the refund to the purchasers credit card or debit card within 30 days.
• The costs of postage or delivery for returns of this type are the Buyers responsibility and the cost of return postage cannot be included in the refund. Please ensure the goods are suitably and adequately wrapped in appropriate packaging for returning to us (e.g. wrapping paper, bubble wrap, etc)
Returns after this date are at our discretion and will incur a re-stocking charge of 15%.
In the event of non delivery or non collection, because of the Buyers failure to respond to the carriers card, note or telephone call, the Buyer will be liable for the carriers charges for returning the order to us.
We suggest for your own protection you use 1st class registered post. Any loss or goods whilst being returned to us will be deemed the responsibility of the sender and not LCEL.
Out of Stock Items
We try to keep in stock all featured items at all times. However, the nature of production and sourcing causes occasional and unpredictable shortages. We will ship partial orders, unless you instruct us otherwise. If we are out of stock of your chosen item(s) at the time of your order, please select an alternative. If we are out of stock of an ordered item at the time your order is despatched to you, please re-order it at a later date.
Cancellation by us
We reserve the right to cancel the purchase order and contract thus created if:
• we have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered;
• we do not deliver to your area; or
• one or more of the goods you ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or an error in the pricing information posted on the Site.
If we do cancel your contract we will notify you be e-mail and will re-credit to your account any sum deducted by us from your credit card as soon as possible but in any event within 30 day of your order. We will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.
Payment
All payments will be done through Moneybookers.
Setup and Payment
Buyer represents and warrants that (i) the credit card information supplied is true, correct and complete and (ii) charges incurred by the Buyer will be honoured by the Buyers credit card company and (iii) Buyer shall pay charges incurred by the Buyer at the amounts in effect at the time incurred, including all applicable taxes.
Claims for Damage or Loss in Transit
All shipments are insured. Claims for loss in transit and/or non-arrival must be made to us and to the carrier in writing within seven days of the expected delivery date. Claims for damage to any of the contents must be made in writing to us and to the carrier in writing within two days of receipt.
You must observe and comply with all applicable regulations and legislation, including obtaining all necessary customs, import or other permits to purchase goods from our site. The importation or exportation of certain of our goods to you may be prohibited by certain national laws. We make no representation and accept no liability in respect of the export or import of the goods you purchase.

“beadedleatherwork” is a trade name and trade mark of LCEL. It may be used in Kenya solely by our authorised licensees. Any unauthorised use of this trademark is subject to the full force of trademark infringement laws and penalties. Kindly note that the placement of any words before and/or after our trademark does not mitigate the infringement.
Product Design Copyright
Many of our products are original contemporary designs and are subject to copyright law. Our original bead designs are copyright by both LCEL and by the respective makers. Copies of any such copyright-protected products may not be made for commercial use without permission. If you are thinking of copying a product design from our published range, please contact us to enquire about the copyright status. We will be happy to inform you whether that particular design is copyright-protected or has passed into the public domain.

Invalidity
If any part of these terms and conditions is unenforceable (including any provision in which we exclude our liability to you) the enforceability of any part of these conditions will not be affected.
