Product Descriptions
We try to describe our products as accurately as possible within reasonable limits. However, we do not guarantee that our descriptions on this site are 100% accurate, complete, reliable, current or error-free. If a product is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it to us in unused condition (see Returns Policy below).
Colour and Size Variation
Many of our products are handmade and/or of natural materials. In such products there is some colour and size variation in the beads and colour of the leather, both from batch to batch and within any given batch.  While the beads within these groups will be of the same quality as each other, they may not be identical either to each other or to the image. The variation is part of the charm of hand-worked and natural materials.
Prices
The prices on the Site do not include shipping insurance and handling (see below) and may change without notice. While we reserve the right to charge the prices prevailing at the time the order is sent to you, we will make very effort to maintain the prices at the time you compile your order, if these are lower. If prices have risen materially (10% or more) since you placed your order, you will have the opportunity to cancel or amend your order accordingly without penalty.
Taxes
We have made every effort to make clear whether the quoted prices for goods available through the Site include any relevant tax or duty or do not.  Where in any case it is not clear, please note before you make an order that you might be required to bear a liability to tax or duty (for example VAT, customs duty) imposed by us or by the operation of law.
Shipping & Handling
We are usually able to despatch orders within three weeks of our receiving them. This may be longer during holiday periods. Sometimes if we have to wait for the leather from the tannery, orders can take longer but we will inform you if this is the case. If wholesale orders are required please contact us via email.  Wholesale orders normally take up to six weeks to deliver.
Delivery of goods to you
It might not be possible for us to deliver to some locations.
We will deliver the goods ordered by you to the address you give us for delivery at the time you make your order.
Delivery will be made as soon as possible after your order is acceptable and in any event within 30 days of your order.
You will become the owner of the goods when they have been delivered to the courier or shipping agent in Kenya.  Once goods have been delivered they will be held at your own risk and we will not  be liable for their loss or destruction.  We will however take out insurance against loss of goods, in which case we will be able to replace the item once the insurance has paid up for such loss.
